Deposit – A deposit equal to 100% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations, Reduction in Length of Stay and Date Changes
Cancellations penalty is calculated as follows:
- 21 days prior to arrival – Cancellations to bookings made after 16:00 (local time) less than 21 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 5% of the total booking price.
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival – Cancellations to bookings made after 16:00 ( local time) between 20 to 15 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 15% of the total booking price.
- 14 to 8 days prior to arrival – Cancellations to bookings made after 16:00 ( local time) between 14 to 8 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 30% of the total booking price.
- 7 to 3 days prior to arrival – Cancellations to bookings made after 16:00 ( local time) between 7 to 3 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 60% of the total booking price.
- 2 days prior to arrival – Cancellations to bookings made after 16:00 ( local time) 2 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking price.
Check-In/Out Policy
The hotel’s standard check-in time is 15:00 hrs and standard check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
All guests are required to provide an original valid ID or passport upon arrival.
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.
Guest below 18 years must be accompanied by a parent for the entirety of their stay.
Data Protection Policy
Any personal data provided to the hotel or collected during the reservation process will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy.
Child Policy
Children’s ages should be indicated to the reservations team at the time of booking.
Up to 1 child of registered hotel guests under the age of 3 can stay at no extra cost sharing the adult bed.
For additional children who are between the ages of 3 to 15 years, an additional room will be required and a supplement charge will be applicable.
Reservations for children 16 years old and above are considered as adult reservations.
Children under the age of 16 years will not be granted access Serenity area.
Resort Etiquette
Zulal Wellness Resort is committed to safeguarding the health and wellbeing of its guests and employees.
Mobile phones, cameras and other related devices are prohibited in public resort areas.
The resort is a non-smoking environment, smoking is prohibited in the entirety of the property including all guest rooms and public areas.
Burning bakhoor is prohibited inside guest rooms for health and safety reasons.
Food and drink brought from outside the resort is prohibited for health and safety reasons and is subject to a penalty.
Only guests in appropriate swimwear are permitted to use the pool including the (nanny, nursemaid, child carer) accompanying children in the pool.
Zulal Wellness Resort only serves a wide variety of healthy juices and mocktails
Transfer Arrangement
For airport transfers, the resort has a fleet of cars to choose from.
Prior reservation is required and full flight details should be supplied at least 48hrs in advance. kindly advise your full flight Airport transfer charges will apply accordingly.
