YOUR FIRST THREE DAYS

Your stay at Serenity will be unique, wholly focussed on your goals and your desire to embrace positive and lasting lifestyle change. This will be a transformative experience like you have not yet experienced. Here we help you get a sense of what to expect as you arrive for your journey with us.

DAY 1 – YOUR ARRIVAL

You may arrive in a pre-booked chauffeured limousine if you choose. We will welcome you with our Tea Ceremony at the House of Wisdom, and a cold towel to honour the start of your inspirational stay at this unique wellness destination on the Arabian Gulf. We take you by buggy to your room and orientate you with your new home.

DAY 1 – CONSULTATIONS

Once you are settled in, you meet your Health and Wellness Advisor to review your goals, medical history, and nutritional programme. You will likely have chosen your programme on booking with Zulal, we can tailor it during this consultation so that you maximise your time with us.

DAY 2 – GOOD MORNING

Wake up in your new world and start your day with a morning activity to get you moving, such as beach walks and yoga, jogging, Tai Chi, stretching, and group classes both inside and outside.
Follow this with a healthy breakfast to match your culinary programme in Serenity’s Al Sidr Restaurant.

DAY 2 – ACTIVITIES

We run group activities for everyone throughout the day, and you can keep up to date with the schedule at the Wellness Centre. Many group classes are complimentary and focus on alignment, flexibility, breathing, or more rigorous exercise. We also have classes to nurture your cultural and creative interests.

DAY 2 – RELAX

Relax in our spa with its many complimentary hydrothermal facilities. Or take your transformative journey further by spending time in our House of Wisdom with its library of health and philosophy texts. Discover our Tea House with its 64 blends of organic, herbal teas. Or browse the herbal remedies, authentically prepared, in our Apothecary.

DAY 2 – ONGOING ASSESSMENTS

Our team of health & wellness advisors, naturopaths, and other health specialists, both resident, and visiting experts, are available to share their knowledge and encourage you, rather than be prescriptive. This is your journey and we want to inspire change to help you instill positive habits and the personal happiness that comes with them.

DAY 2 – UNWIND

Our hydrothermal area is a perfect place to nourish your physical and emotional harmony, thanks to our many wet, heat treatments that work on your mental wellbeing as much as the tensions in your body.
End your day relaxing on a sunbed in front of a movie in our cinema under the stars. Or enjoy dinner around the fire pit on the beach. Make the most of the clear skies and nighttime stillness next to the gentle lapping of the sea.

DAY 3 ONWARDS – NOW OUR ROUTINE TAKES SHAPE

Now you have a flavour of your days with us at Zulal. There is plenty to get involved with, time to relax, goals to aim for, fresh air, and quiet contemplation away from the distractions of our digital lives. This is a precious journey of self-development for lasting change, designed especially for you to meet your personal wellness goals.
