Aromatherapy- What oils to diffuse in the room to support different moods

Our body and mind can be a very complex structure to understand, yet one smell can take you away to a memory from years ago.  Freshly cut grass from early summer morning, our food that reminds you about your moms home cooked meal. Every smell can provoke a reaction in your mind and body.



For days that I’m over stressed:

3 drops lavender

2 drops roman chamomile

2 drops ylang ylang


When I need an energy boost:

3 drops rosemary

3 drops peppermint

3 drops lemon


When I feel like my immune needs a boost:

2 drops lemon

1 drop lime

2 drops peppermint

1 drop rosemary

2 drops eucalyptus

1 drop clove


 


For those days when you just need to refresh:  

4 drops eucalyptus

4 drops peppermint


The most common way to diffuse the oils as an oil burner with the use of a tea light candle, reed diffusers, sprays & rollers to be used during the day, or with the newest technology a chargeable electronical diffuser
